Diego's story is one of both tragedy and profound generosity. In June 2019, at just 16 years old, Diego was involved in a tragic drowning accident. Despite valiant efforts, he passed away on July 5th, 2019. However, his spirit of heroism lived on through his parents, Martin and Ana, who made the courageous decision to donate Diego's organs. Through their selfless act, numerous lives were saved, and families were given hope in the midst of despair.
