Your photographer arrives about an hour and 15 minutes before the start. That window lets us scout the start line, capture warm-up and pre-race candids, and be in position the moment the gun goes off.

Everything that tells your event's story — pre-race warm-ups and candids, the start-line energy, on-course action across the field, finish-line reactions, and the awards ceremony and podium. From the first nervous stretch to the last medal handed out, we cover the full race day.

Florida weather happens. We shoot through everything short of dangerous lightning — rain, wind, and heat don't stop us, and we don't reschedule for them. Our gear is fully rain-rated, so we capture your event exactly as it unfolds.

Turnaround times can vary with the size of the event, but we typically deliver your edited gallery within 24–48 hours. We’ll confirm the expected delivery window when you book.

We deliver all photos electronically via WeTransfer. We're also glad to upload your galleries to RunSignUp, with your permission, so athletes can download their photos directly from the race results.
