The significance of the event's name, "Every Book Count," mirrors the crucial role that education and awareness play in breast cancer prevention and treatment. Just as every book can change a life through knowledge, every step taken during the 5K contributed to the larger goal of supporting breast cancer research and patient care programs. Participants, many wearing pink ribbons or carrying photos of loved ones, represented diverse stories of hope, survival, and remembrance.
