When you come to a MudGirl event one of the things that you quickly learn about it that this is the first race for many. Being the first time OCR athletes they are prepared to take this course on. To complete this challenge most of the girls come as a team so that they can help one another out.

This year the mud girls were going to face a new obstacle at the 2022 Miami MudGirl. For this obstacle they had to carry around a Wreck Bag that weighed approximately 35 pounds. Most of the girls had no problem carrying it around. This was definitely a crowd pleaser for mud girls of all ages. The Wreck Bag is one obstacle OCR athletes love to hate. Though not technically difficult, the Wreck Bag will challenge their endurance limits.
