Depends on field size and course layout. A 5K with 600 or fewer runners usually gets one photographer; anything larger gets two to four. We staff for full coverage from start to finish line.

Every published image gets cropped and basic exposure adjustment. The portfolio standard is consistent, share-ready, professional-quality output.

We do not require a deposit. A simple one-page agreement secures the date, and payment is due upon receipt of the photos.

If your race is hosted by RunSignUp, we upload all the photos there broken down into folders (candid, start line, finish line, awards). That makes it easy for athletes to find their individual shots by searching their bib number. We also upload a gallery of all photos to you via WeTransfer so you can keep them and use them on social media.
