It depends on race size and course layout. Most events get one to two photographers positioned at the start, key course points, and the finish line. Larger events can be scaled up — just ask.

How are the photos delivered to participants?

Each race director receives a private, password-protected gallery link to share with runners. Participants browse, search by bib number, and download full-resolution images at no extra cost.

Are the photos edited?

Yes. Every delivered image gets professional color correction and exposure adjustments. We do not heavily retouch — the goal is natural, sponsor-ready race photos that look great on social and in print.

Do you use AI-generated images?

No. Every photo we deliver is a real photograph taken by a real photographer on event day. No AI-generated faces, no composites, no fakes.

Do you require a contract and deposit?

Yes. A signed agreement and 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance is due on or before event day.
