Event Name: E5 Moves 5K
Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
As an event photographer, we have had the privilege of capturing numerous fitness events over the years. However, the 2024 E5 Moves 5K event at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach proved to be an exceptionally memorable. Hosted by Element Five Fitness Studio in Coconut Creek, this event showcased their remarkable ability to create an engaging and dynamic athletic atmosphere for all participants.
We witnessed the incredible enthusiasm and dedication of the Element Five Fitness Studio staff. Their infectious energy remained high throughout the event, even after participants had completed the 5K run. It was really inspiring to see how their passion for fitness motivated and uplifted everyone in attendance.
The 5K course itself provided a stunning backdrop for my photographs. The route wound past tranquil waters and through the landscape of Quiet Waters Park, offering a picturesque setting that perfectly complemented the event's vibrant atmosphere. Capturing the participants as they ran through the beautiful course.
One of the highlights of the event was the live music performance by the talented musicians from the School of Rock. Their amazing performances added an extra dimension to the already electric atmosphere, providing us with countless opportunities to capture the participants' excitement and engagement.
Congratulations to the top three finishers. Seventeen-year-old Matthew Wykpisz who claimed the top spot with an impressive time of 17:36.8, David Stelnik, who secured second place with a time of 19:15.4, and finally to Stephanie Stevens, who crossed the finish line in 21:49.5 for third place.
